His cuisine is refined and with an Italian imprinting ( also using some special Italian products), does not forget the local roots and gives the hotel restaurant a gourmet identity, where the products are also local.
In fact, most vegetables and fruit in the dishes and juices are grown in the hotel vegetable garden or near it.All the fish is fresh and daily as well as the meat that comes from local markets where the chef and his staff go every day.
The restaurant is renowned in the area and open for lunch and dinner to external customers too.The buffet breakfast in the dining room offers, fresh fruit juices, cassava, cakes, homemade bread and jams, just for the guests; for lunch and dinner there is a menu à la carte.
