It’s the heart of the Village, where people meet for breakfast, lunch or dinner to enjoy  the various and accurate cuisine   proposed by the  Italian Chef Alessandro. He has worked as a restaurant  manager in Italian and Brazilian restaurants for a very longtime. His cuisine is refined and with an Italian imprinting ( also using  some special Italian products), does not forget the local roots and gives  the hotel restaurant a gourmet identity, where  the products are also local.

In fact, most vegetables and fruit in  the dishes and juices are grown  in the  hotel vegetable garden or near it.All the fish is  fresh and daily  as well as the meat that comes from local markets where the chef  and his staff  go every day.

The restaurant is renowned in the area and  open for lunch and dinner  to external customers too.The buffet breakfast  in the dining room offers, fresh fruit juices, cassava, cakes,  homemade bread and jams, just for the guests; for lunch and dinner there is a menu à la carte.

The bar, near the pool  is open from 10 am to 11 pm; It has large white sofas where you can relax and have a drink or coconut water. Here also external customers are welcome and   can enjoy an aperitif or a delicious pizza from the  wooden oven. Background music and big screen to enjoy games and movies together. Meeting point after dinner to end the evening under the stars with a cocktail or a fantastic  caipirinha, of course.
